What is a weed? Pat recalls feeling a little stunned when discovering that a particularl plant regarded as a nuisance on many farms was actually useful. This book is a collection of 40 weeds commonly found in the Hunter Valley, with photographs for easy identification, plus a collection of recipes for their use. Pat has Diplomas in Herbal Medicine, Biochemistry, Hypnotherapy,and Iridology, Certificates in Natural Fertility, Organic Farming & Gardening, and Practical Clinical Practice. Pat has run Herb courses through Scone TAFE, Outreach and pirvately for a number of years. She wrote her books in response to her students need to have printed notes for future reference.
