How do I place an order?
We offer several ways for ordering with our home delivery service. Select the best option for you.
On-line - Order on-line at our easy to use website, please make sure your order is in by midnight the day before delivery. Simply SIGN UP for free to get started.
Phone – Call us on 02 4934 7351. We can run you through what is in season, the sizes and quality of produce and our weekly specials then place your order to have it delivered to your door.
E-mail - Simply email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org by midnight the day before delivery.
Please note: For any overnight deliveries, your order needs to be in by midnight
How do we deliver?
For the vast majority of our local area, Organic Feast delivers personally. We have a small fleet of refrigerated Vans which ensures you get fresh, cool produce and excellent service. To find out where we deliver in our vans, and on which days, use the widget at the bottom of each web page on our site.
For some areas of the Local area we use Fastway to deliver your order. Most of these areas are same day delivery. A few areas are an overnight delivery service. You will be notified if you are an overnight delivery.
For national deliveries we use either Fastway or Australia Post. you will be given a tracking number to follow your order to your door.
Where do Organic Feast deliver?
We deliver every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. There are some slight changes to compensate for public holidays.

What items can I get delivered?
We are happy to say we can deliver anything that we sell in store. We stock certified organic fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, dairy products, grass fed organic meat, organic chicken, household cleaning items, alcohol, beauty products and an extensive range of grocery items. We have a wide range of Gluten Free, Allergy Free, Vegetarian, Vegan and Raw Products available.
If you can’t find an item online please contact us, it may have just arrived in store or may not be listed on the website, and we can add it to your order.
For national deliveries all perishable items are unavailable, these items are highlighted with this symbol. Our website will advise you if you have ordered a perishable item for delivery beyond our local area.
When do Organic Feast deliver?
For the local area we deliver, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders need to be in by midnight the day prior to your delivery day.
To find out if we deliver to your suburb and on what days, you can use our delivery widget at the bottom of each web page.
Please note, some overnight deliveries will arrive Thursdays , you will be notified if you are an overnight delivery.
National deliveries will arrive as per the delivery schedule of Fastway and Australia Post. We will notify on despatch of your order and provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery to your door
How much does delivery cost ?
LOCAL - Delivered by ORGANIC FEAST
Delivery days and pricing to the local area is easily found by entering your postcode at the footer of each page. Our delivery fee ranges from $7.95 to $10.95 per drop.
The delivery fee is a flat fee, so if your order is one box or multiple boxes, you pay the same fee. The more you buy, the better value you get for your delivery fee.
Organic Feast prides itself on delivering first class service. Deliveries made by Organic Feast are completed with our own refrigerated vans and drivers. Your order will arrive with care, chilled and fresh. Our drivers will carry your order inside for you if you are home and wish, or leave it at your specified safe spot.
Our drivers will also collect your old delivery boxes for re-use, we ask that you leave it in the location you would like your next order placed. We feel it is important to keep these boxes in use for as long as practical. You will be happy to know that once their life with us is over, they go for recycling and re-use in the building industry.
LOCAL - Delivered by FASTWAY
Orders delivered in our LOCAL AREA by FASTWAY COURIERS cost $9.95 per box. Orders are collected from us in the morning and will arrive from early afternoon onwards. Delivery fee is per box. We always recomend adding a frozen water bottle to orders delivered by Fastway.
Delivery cost is calculated at the checkout. Simply order what you want, then proceed to the checkout. Prior to you completing the order you will be given a price for delivery. At this point you can decide to complete the order or abandon it.
I live in the area for fresh delivery, but I am unable to find my suburb when creating my account. What should I do?
In this situation you should call, email us or use the “Leave a message” option from the website to find out whether delivery to your suburb is possible. It may be that your suburb has not been included on our database in which case we can add it, so you can proceed with your order. Or it may be that our courier will not deliver to your suburb at this time. If in doubt, please ask.
When do I need to have my order in by?
To avoid disappointment please make sure your order is in by midnight the day before delivery. For overnight deliveries your order will need to be in by midnight two days prior to delivery. If ordering alcohol, your order must be in the day prior to delivery if your delivery is to be received unattended. You can order alcohol for same day delivery, but only if you are to be present to receive the goods in person.
How much do I have to spend for each order?
There is a minimum order of $35 plus normal delivery charges when ordering via our website. You can order any of our certified organic products found right here on our website.
If you have already completed an order on-line for $35 or more, or have a standing order with us and you need to add a few items that do not add up to $35 or more, you can email us at email@example.com of phone us on 4934 7351
Do I have to be home in order to receive my order?
You are not required to be home to receive your order. When you place your order online there is a 'Delivery details' box to fill in. Please leave specific details on where you would like your box left. E.g. 'Please leave at the back door'
If you have ordered Alcohol, on the same day as you have requested delivery, you MUST present to receive the order. Alcohol orders can be left without you being home only if you have ordered the day prior to delivery or longer.
What time will my order arrive?
This changes depending on how many orders we have for delivery that day. If you call us on the day of delivery we will be more than happy to give you an idea on when it will arrive.
When your order is despatched you will be given a tracking number to allow you to follow your order to your door.
If I forget something can I add or change something to my existing order?
Of course, please just call us on 4934 7351 or send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org by 6am the day of delivery.
What if I have received my order and something is missing?
The nature of Organic Food means that at times something ordered may be unavailable. Please first check the invoice that you received with your order, for any items unavailable there will be a note saying ‘u/a’. If the items are shown as supplied please contact us on 02 4934 7351 to organise a replacement or refund.
If something you have ordered is unavailable on the day, we will phone you to let you know only if there is a viable alternative to suggest
Can I save my order for next time?
Yes. Once you log in, click on the MY ACCOUNT icon. Click on the MY ORDERS icon. From there it will give you a list of all of your previous orders that you have made.
If you were in the middle of an order and had to log out, don’t worry it won’t be lost, the next time you log in, click on the SHOPPING CART icon and just continue where you left off.
Alternately, as you are selecting items into your cart, if you click on Add to Favourite these items will be placed in the My favourites icon that you can easily choose from for your next order.

We use a seasonal selection of certified organic fresh produce and concentrate on the ‘staples’ such as carrots, broccoli, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, leafy greens, beans, pumpkin, zucchini, apples, bananas, oranges, kiwi fruit, all subject to seasonal availability.
Every Monday via email we send out our Fresh Produce Report. This will give you a guide as to what is in the boxes for that week, so don’t forget to sign up to our newsletter.
Can I adjust a Fruit and Vegetable box to suit me?
Set boxes are collated for your convenience, so you have a clean simple method of ordering a nice range of produce.
If you find that there are items in set boxes that don’t suit you, we recommend you personalise your own order. Once you have completed this order, it is saved in MY ACCOUNT and you can re-order it any time you like. You can even adjust and edit it each time. It is also possible to set up any order as a RECURRING ORDER so that you receive it weekly or fortnightly as requested.
Regarding our set boxes, we allow you to change up to 4 items from your box each week, please mention this in SPECIAL REQUESTS at the completion of your order and we will adjust it accordingly.
How do I know my delivery will be 'fresh' and survive a Hot Summer’s day?
To ensure freshness we use foam boxes to keep your order cool. We recommend that a purchase of 1-2 bottles of frozen water be included especially in hot weather. This will keep produce chilled and can then be enjoyed when defrosted. These can be found to order throughout the website.
We like to re-use the foam boxes as much as possible so please leave these out ready for collection when we next deliver to you. If Fastway couriers are delivering your order, then unfortunately they aren’t able collect your empty box. You can always take them to your local school to utilise or use them yourself. They do make great herb gardens and flower planters OR some other business in your local area may be interested in them (eg. florists etc). Every little bit of recycling helps and we encourage you to find a solution!.
What if I’m not happy with something I have received?
Please contact us and let us know. We pride ourselves on delivering premium quality, farm fresh produce direct to your door. If ever you feel something has arrived in less than satisfactory condition, please call us and we will gladly refund or credit any item that you are dissatisfied with to your account. Please refer to our QUALITY and REFUND/RETURNS policy for further details. Click on these links or find them in the footer of every page.
I can’t find an item I’d like to order on your website, what can I do?
When placing your order online just write in ‘Special Requests’ the item you are wanting and if we have it in store we will add it to your order.
If it is a product we do not generally stock, we will investigate stocking it for you.
I’m having trouble placing my order online, what should I do?
At the bottom right of each page on our website you are able to quickly send a message via LEAVE A MESSAGE. This service is monitored from 6am till the evening. We will answer you as soon as humanly possible.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Of course, just click on INSTORE PICK-UP when choosing your shipping method when completing your purchase. You can collect your order from our store on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or at the Broadmeadow Markets on Sunday. Please make sure you have your order in by midnight the day before pick up. For the Broadmeadow markets you will need your order in by midnight on Thursday.
It would be helpful to us if you indicated an approximate pick up time so we can make sure it is ready for your arrival.
What do I do with the empty delivery boxes?
We love reusing the foam boxes! So, just leave out your empty boxes and we will collect them when we deliver your next order. Please leave it where you receive your order.
If Fastway couriers are delivering your order, then unfortunately they aren’t able collect your empty box. You can always take them to your local school to utilise or use them yourself. They do make great herb gardens and flower planters OR some other business in your local area may be interested in them (eg. florists etc). Every little bit of recycling helps and we encourage you to find a solution!
Can I place an order as a gift ?
Of course, if you do not want a tax invoice/receipt included in the order please let us know at checkout in the SPECIAL REQUESTS Box. Gift tags and cards can be included. We can also write a message on your behalf to be included in the order. If you require this simply mention it in SPECIAL REQUESTS when placing your order.
To enter the new address when finalising your order at Checkout, just select a new shipping address from your address book or simply enter a new address.
How do I use a gift voucher as payment for my order?
Let us know the voucher number and name by writing this in SPECIAL REQUESTS when finalising your order online. We will take care of the rest.
Do I have to order every week?
No. Our service is totally flexible, you can order whenever you wish. If you do want to order each week and don't want the hassle of logging in to our website or just keep forgetting to order, you can set up a RECURRING ORDER either online or over the phone. Find out more here.
How do I set up a recurring order?
Once you have selected the items you want for your order, go to CHECKOUT and click on the icon. You will then be able to choose the day you would like your recurring order to start and whether you would like it delivered weekly or fortnightly. For your convenience you will receive a reminder of your order the day before delivery.
You can cancel your recurring order at any time or put your order on hold while you are away. Simply log in to MY ACCOUNT click RECURRING ORDERS. Select the recurring order you want to postpone then click on the REQUEST TO POSTPONE and select the dates you want. Your order will automatically resume accordingly.
Recurring Orders can be deleted at any time
Additions can easily be made by emailing them to firstname.lastname@example.org or phoning us on 02 4934 7351 and we will add it to the recurring order for that day.
If you have more permanent change requests we recommend doing a new recurring order.
We recommend you review your recurring order regularly as prices and availability of produce is very seasonal.
Can I make a special request?
At the end of the checkout process you will find the SPECIAL REQUESTS box, here you can
-Request that something specific be included in your box that you can’t find online
-Ask for No substitutions in case something you’ve ordered is unavailable
-Request we stock a product not currently in our range

What guarantee do I have that your produce is Certified Organic?
Organic Feast is a certified organic retailer with The National Association for Sustainable Agriculture, Australia (NASAA). Just as our growers are certified organic and inspected regularly to ensure that they maintain organic standards, we too are inspected regularly. Organic Feast occasionally stocks locally grown non certified organic lines, these growers are well known to us and we are confident in their integrity. Some grocery lines utilise certified or non-certified organic ingredients, the final product itself is often not certified.

Where does your fresh produce come from?
Organic Feast is Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley Agricultural belt, we love to support our local Organic growers by sourcing produce from them. All our fresh produce comes from reputable suppliers and producers. The vast majority are fully certified organic. Other lines are sourced nationally subject to seasonality.
What types of payment do you accept?
We only accept credit card payments with all of our Home Deliveries. If you are picking up an order from our store or markets you can pay for it with either cash or card.
How secure is your website?
Organic Feast uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. For full details please see our SECURITY POLICY
How do I update my address and/or personal details?
Log in. Click on MY ACCOUNT. Click on ACCOUNT DASHBOARD. From there you can you can either add a new address or edit an existing address and edit your contact and account information.
Is the delivery fee included in my total?
Yes. The delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout.

How best is it to travel to the store?
We have car parking for approximately 35 cars onsite, making it convenient to get your shopping to your car. For our INNER HEALTH CENTRE we have parking at the rear, very adjacent to the centre to make it easy for those with mobility issues to access their chosen practitioner.
Organic Feast has installed secure BICYCLE PARKING for many, many bikes. Our Cafe is extremely bike friendly and a regular haunt for many riding groups

Can I order things by the box or in volume?
Yes, we generally offer a discount off retail price for items bought by the box or in larger quantities.
We also do special volume pricing for buying groups, we supply cafes, restaraunts and stores at wholesale rates.

Where else can I get your food?
Organic Feast trades Sundays at NEWCASTLE CITY FARMERS MARKET. There we have a magnificent range of fresh Organic produce and Organic Eggs.
Grocery orders can be taken to the markets for pick up, simply email us by Friday morning.
NEWCASTLE CITY FARMERS MARKET trades most sundays at Broadmeadow Showground, but can be moved at short notice due to other events. It is always best to check on their website for date and location details.
Should you not be able to make it instore or to one of our markets, Organic Feast also HOME DELIVERS fresh organc produce to Newcastle and the Hunter region 3 days per week, plus now offers Home Delivery Nationwide for non-perishable grocery items.

How do I make a booking with one of your health practitioners?
