At Organic Feast we are proud of our high standards, we take great lengths to ensure your produce is perfect and fresh. However, should for any reason you purchase an item from us that you are unsatisfied with, we ask that you please let us know so we can then rectiy your issue and prevent any further issues with others.
Prior to asking for a refund please consider the following
- Does the item not match the details in it product description (eg Late season apples may have skin blemishes)
- Has the item has been stored correctly upon arrival at its place of use ie home or work.
- Has the item has been stored appropriately whilst transported from the store to your home
For fresh produce we require noticifation within 24 hours of your receipt of goods, where possible and appropriate, we will either replace or credit you.
Please note that it is important that correct storage and handling of delicate produce has been undertaken on your end.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
For areas serviced by courier we recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Organic Feast will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
