Muhumara is claimed to originate from Persia, some claim its Moroccan origin, in any case, it found its way and place on our Australian table as favorite meal accompanying dip. This Muhumara is made with fire roasted capsicum, honey, almonds, vinegar and spices, it has a sweet, tangy flavour.
