A dairy free variation on the Pesto Sauce, it has similar uses and caters for the lactose intolerant among us. They have added smoked almonds instead of Parmesan cheese, and the result is a wonderful fresh pesto with loads of flavour!
Of course there is no added sugar or preservatives, and no additional salt on top of our Traditional Pesto recipe. Even the non-dairy free types love it for its unique flavour. We rcommend it as a sauce for pasta, but it's great as a spread or a dip just try to actually get it onto your food before you eat it all by the spoonful!
