Mandy Hallinan founded Gwen Tempeh in 2011 with the aim of contributing to the debate around environmental and health problems associated with the over-consumption of meat. She was taught the art of tempeh from a master tempeh maker and is a perfectionist in her craft. Her product is named after her grandmother Gwen, who was an inspiring entrepreneur.
