The Rosnay Cabernet seeks elegance and finesse, rather than overpowering flavour and oak. It is lightly filtered and not fined with animal proteins, thus preserving complexity and flavour, and ageing ability. In 2014, the current release, 2012 Cabernet, was awarded the Greg Johnson Trophy, Gold and came second in the national open class for Cabernet Sauvignon in the Cowra National Wine Show.
