Lower yields this year have given us a particularly intense wine, showing Nashi pear in keeping with the chalky texture as well as the traditional lime and lemon citrus will age very well but quite special as a young wine. Riesling winemaking is very much a wham bam thankyou mam business; the opportunity for winemaking influence is minimal. This is probably why I like it so much, fruit quality is all.
