Vineyards: Sourced from Biodynamically farmed organic vineyards in the Wrattonbully region, situated
in the Limestone Coast area of South Australia.

Winemaking: Fruit was picked and sorted, then pressed off into open fermenters. Plunged daily with
some time on skins to lend colour before spending time in stainless steel prior to bottling. Bottled without preservatives to ensure fresh, drink now style.

Tasting Note: In the glass it has a bronzed hue showing its Pinot Gris origins and is a really great colour in the glass. Lifted aromas of pear and apple with floral hints and a suggestion of grilled nuts. A really fresh fruit-driven palate that has good texture and weight with a refreshing acid finish. Perfect for drinking on it’s own or with a dish of salt and pepper squid.
