This Hollandaise is a rich and buttery sauce with a mild tang of lemon juice and spices. Unlike most commercial versions of this sauce it is all natural, and will last up to 4 months in the fridge even after opening so you can enjoy it on every whim! It is best served at room temperature for dishes such as Eggs Benedict and over warm vegetables, traditionally asparagus.
You don't need to warm it, either leave it out to come to room temperature or just straight from the fridge onto your dish as it will heat with the food naturally.
