Our Pinot Noir was hand picked mid-January, fermented using wild yeast and 15% whole bunches. the wine was basket pressed and matured in premium French oak barrels for 10 months. A cool growing season led the way for high natural acidity, bright cherry and raspberry flavour with a smooth silky tannin. The wine will age gracefully over the next 10 years. Enjoy with family and friends.

Our certified Biodynamic hand-picked grapes were fermented using wild yeast and whole bunch technique for optimum flavour retnetion. This handcrafted wine was matured in large format French oak barrels for 10 months.

Tasting Notes:
Soft silky tannins with overtones of raspberries and mushrooms are evident. Great accompaniment with game and light summer dishes.
