The 2019 Wild Red displays fruit-forward aromas of crushed boysenberry, blackberry jam and green peppercorn with a hint of vanilla thanks to the aged French barrels this wine was matured in.
The medium to full body palate is velvety & well balanced with characteristics of plum sauce, espresso & a dark chocolate finish.
This wine is perfect to enjoy with food or on its very own.
This parcel of Organic Shiraz from McLaren Vale fruit was machine picked, chilled & transported quickly to our facility in Broke where it fermented in stainless steel then blended with a small portion of Biodynamic Tempranillo from our farm. The wine was then stored & matured in 2nd and 3rd use French oak for 18 months before bottling.
